Content That Works Emails 

Our emails consist of focusing on topics such as native advertising webinars, product emails, and conferences. These emails tag recipients appropriately to put them in categories they fit into to. One of my big CRM initiatives was to tag our three target audiences to target better, which has resulted in higher click through rates and sales. With this service a full analysis of open rates, click through rates and so forth are provided. 

When Did You Last Update Your Classifieds?

In this campaign I sent out a structured email that allowed the recipient to select which categories they wanted more information on. Automatically depending on what was selected they receive an email with more information on that specific topic. In our system every step was tagged with what the recipient clicked on. This has allowed us to further target them based on topic they are interested in. 

Content That Works Content Survey 

Before putting together our editorial calendar for the calendar year (October 2017-2018) I put together a content survey we sent out to our current client list. Based on what the surveyor said they were tagged for that subject in our system. When we have content that relates to their interest it allows us to customize a better message for them increasing our clickthrough customer turnover. Below you can see what the email looked like and the questions, for company competitiveness the results will not be shared.  However, these results turned out to be eye opening combined with sales data and other patterns to know exactly what our audience wants.
