Content That Works Brand Refresh

While I worked for Content That Works I was able to do a complete rebrand and restructure. I established a brand identity and tone to align  across all sub-brands, campaigns and the website. I also established a strategy for product and pricing restructures to increase revenue and longterm contracts.  

Design Rebrand

The current logo needed an update after 16 years. While updating the main logo I also tacked the sub-brand logos so they all aligned under one brand image.

New Products

After seeing low sales in various content categories I decided to run a customer survey to discover new areas of content that could be expanded into. From this survey we eliminated multiple old issues of content that were not selling or when polled had high demand and added ten new issues. This changeup in the content calendar resulted in higher sales in addition to new longterm contracts.

Product Pricing Strategy 

The original pricing structure did not account for the size of the newspaper circulation or even address the tv and radio sector where we were seeing a high demand. With the new pricing structure I implemented we were able to challenge the competition where we saw a large number of smaller newspaper circulations going for content. This strategy increased sales by 75% and profits by 25% but most importantly brought in new loyal customers from these before unaddressed markets.

Email Campaigns

Our emails consist of focusing on topics such as native advertising webinars, product emails, and conferences. These emails tag recipients appropriately to put them in categories they fit into to. One of my big CRM initiatives was to tag our three target audiences to target better, which has resulted in higher click through rates and sales. With this service a full analysis of open rates, click through rates and so forth are provided.
